Catholic faith is at the heart of everything we do. Guided by the Gospel values of respect, justice and responsibility, we strive to create a welcoming and inclusive community where every child is known, valued and supported to flourish.

We recognise families as the first educators of their children and work in partnership with them to nurture the spiritual, academic, social and emotional growth of each student.

Our commitment to Catholic education ensures that all students are encouraged to develop a strong sense of belonging, compassion and service to others.

Religious education is a core part of learning at St Mary’s and is underpinned by the Awakenings curriculum. Through rich learning experiences, prayer, liturgy and reflection, students are invited to explore the Catholic tradition and deepen their understanding of faith in the contemporary world. The program encourages students to be reflective, curious and engaged learners who are able to connect faith with everyday life.

Catholic identity is lived beyond the classroom through community celebrations, social justice initiatives and opportunities to put faith into action. We encourage students to develop an awareness of justice, compassion and stewardship, empowering them to make a positive contribution to their school, local community and the wider world. Inspired by the teachings of Jesus, we aim to nurture young people who are confident, caring and committed to making a difference.
